Latta Kennedy Builders started this remodel in September 2015 and it should be completed in about 6 months. The entire end portion of the house was gutted along with the roof taken off. The roofline is being restructured for a new master bedroom, living area, kitchen and detached garage. Stop back for more photos of the reconstruction and final masterpiece!

We got home a few hours ago and all I can say is WOW!! It's so exciting there's so many new, cool changes to see! Looking forward to finishing the project. Thanks, Stephanie
