- Initial Meeting – Our Sales Team will meet with you to review your project goals and inspirations.
- Budget Estimate – Based on the initial meeting, we will provide a Budget Estimate for your review. The included budget ranges are based on our extensive renovation experience and the scope we discussed at our initial meeting. We will work with you to make any adjustments needed based on your estimated budget and expectations for the project.
- Selections – Once the Budget Estimate is approved, we ask that you move forward with making specific selections for your project. This will include things like plumbing fixtures, tile, and flooring, depending on your specific renovation scope. We will provide you with contact information for our trusted partners and they will guide you through making your selections.
- Formal Estimate – After your scope and selections are finalized, we will put together a Formal Estimate for your project. This will include actual costs budgeted based on your selections and confirm all details of your project for our Operations Team to manage it efficiently.
- Permitting – If a permit is needed for your project, we will work with your township or municipality to obtain the necessary documentation prior to beginning work.
- Project Start – As we finalize permitting, receive your deposit (if necessary), and order items that have longer lead-times, we will keep you updated on our progress. Once we have expected material dates from our suppliers, and the permit in-hand, our Operations Team will coordinate a Project Start Date with you.
- Project Management – Our Operations Team will work with you closely from project start to completion and keep you up to date on the progress and timelines along the way.
- Project Completion – Customer satisfaction is our priority! The Latta Kennedy Team wants you to love your new space, and will go the extra mile for you.
